TREATMENT OF ALLERGIC DISEASES DURING THE COVID-19 PERIOD

Abstract

A new pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).According to the latest data,more than 19,2 million cases of COVID-19 have been reported, resulting in more than 720,000 deaths, and the numbers are still increasing. The outbreak was first identified in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. To limit the spread of the disease, many countries have introduced restrictions on the social and private lives of citizens, and drastic changes have been made in health system. The purpose of this article is to review health care and treatment recommendations for patients with allergic diseases during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
