IMPRESSIONS OF THE ANNUAL CONGRESS OF THE EUROPEAN RESPIRATORY SOCIETY

Abstract

The International Congress of the European Respiratory Society (ERS) took place in Vienna, Austria, from 7 to 11 September, bringing together thousands of specialists from around the world interested in respiratory medicine and the latest scientific and clinical advances in this field. The theme of this year's congress, "Humans and machines: getting the balance right", was particularly topical in view of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies and their application in medicine.
