Abstract
Omalizumab is effective for the treatment of severe allergic asthma. Omalizumab decreases the rate of exacerbation, the dose not only of systemic, bet also inhaled gliucocorticoids, increases the quality of life. Long term treatment with omalizumab is efective and safe, besides is the posibillty to treat children.
