Abstract

Vasculitis is defined as inflammation supported by necrosis and
occlusive changes in the wall of the vein that damages blood circulation in the vein. Clinical syndromes of these diseases are different and complicated. They can appear as primary syndromes or manifestation of some other illness. Very often clinical features of vasculitis are completely different, unusual, having nothing in common with each other. Vasculitis normally do not have any laboratorial pathognomic manifestations and their diagnosis is based on the features of minute anatomy, although they might not be specific in case of specific attachment. Considering variety and singularity of these diseases their diagnosis is usually based on rejection of other illnesses.
