Abstract

The practical classification of allergic reactions to betalactams are presented. According to this classification (immediate reactions and nonimmediate reactions) different methods of allergy diagnosis are recommended. Immediate and nonimmediate reactions differ in immune mechanisms, clinical manifestations, cross-reactivity, prognosis.
