Abstract

Virginija Kalinauskaitė-Žukauskė successfully defended her doctoral dissertation “Expression of eosinophil β chain-signaling cytokines, receptors and integrins, the value of bronchial epithelial injury markers in type 2 asthma” at the open session of the Medical Research Council of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences on the 20th of February, 2020. The Dissertation has been prepared at the Department of Pulmonology of the Medical Academy of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences during the period of 2014–2019. The article presents the essential results of the dissertation.
